Donnie demonstrated how to do the Kitchner stitch. We were to come prepared with 2 swatches of one color, then add about an inch of another color to each before binding off. When correctly done with the Kitchner stitch, the second color yarn would be removed and the two pieces would appear seamlessly joined. This would be a great way to graft together the ends of a scarf to make it into an infinity scarf. Though tricky, and requiring some practice, this is such a useful stitch! Donnie recommends checking an online tutorial by Lucy Neatby on YouTube. There you'll learn about perfect vs. imperfect modes. His demonstration was for the 'imperfect' mode.
